Had a great experience! Taeus and Nik (so sorry if I misspelled names) were awesome! They were nice, worked quickly and made sure the furniture was handled properly.

Probably a good thing to reach out to customers who have provided you documentation and move out dates that you are no longer in service due to the virus. Its been over 10 days since i provided you my move date and im just finding out by following up with a phone call that you ceased work and i move out in a week. It's common courtesy and professionalism.

Fofo and Charles did a fantastic job moving in my furniture and belongings. They were prompt, professional, took extreme care with my belongings and really went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. Not only did they do a great job moving in my furniture (including the impressive feat of carrying a 300lb couch up 4 flights of stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator) but they were also kind, polite and innovative problem solvers. Fofo used engineering level problem solving to put together complex furniture pieces without instructions quickly and efficiently. Charles offered to break down and take the boxes out after we finished unpacking, which turned out to be an enormous job. Thanks to Fofo and Charles, I was moved in within the day. Their hard work and kindness made the transition to my new home a joyful one and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move in the future.

The packers showed up right on time and did an immediate walk through of the house with us so they knew exactly what went. They got to work right away and started loading everything on to the truck. They wrapped all the TV's mirrors, pictures and furniture very carefully and packed it on the truck so that we used the least amount of space possible. By the time it was packed we were only over a tiny bit from the estimate that was given. From the estimate to the finished delivery, the entire Truckin' Movers staff was amazing and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any move!

The movers were professional and respectful from start to finish. The crew leader, Shawn, continuously reminded me they had everything under control and assured me all my belongings would fit on the 26ft. truck in one trip. They handled everything with care to prevent any damage of my property. The bulk of the furniture was on the second floor. Although, the pieces were large and heavy, they seemed to work effortlessly together to move them with ease. The crew did their respective jobs quickly and efficiently! I have moved many times and never have I had my furniture wrapped and protected in this manner. It was an expensive move, but it was worth every dollar.
