We were very happy with the service that was provided to us. They are very efficient and we got the great deal of 50% off for the first 2 months. Storage appears to be heated and very tidy building. We like the fact the hours are 5AM to 11PM since this provides more security.

The Moving Link service is worthless.  We were encouraged to engage them by a real estate agent who said it was an added service of their firm.  The Moving Link representative came out, surveyed our home to estimate the number of goods to be moved, and said she would send us multiple recommendations of qualified moving companies.  We were sent two -- count 'em, two -- moving companies that we could have found using the phone book or Yelp.  The moving company came out and did their own estimate, so that was a waste of time.  The move was the most disastrous we have ever made (and we as seniors have moved many times in our lifetimes), costing us over $25,000 dollars in lost and damaged items.  When we asked Moving Link to intervene on our behalf with the company, their response was to call the company to tell them that we were not happy and to hope the company would do something about it. Don't waste your time with Moving Link.
