Called to have the help us move after hearing good things, spoke with someone who I believe was the owner. Said to call back the next day since it was after hours so I did, said he was in a meeting and would call back never called back. Called again the next day no answer left a voicemail and no return call, guess they don’t need the business enough, not impressed. Ended up taking off work and moving stuff myself.

Omgosh. I couldn’t have asked for nicer guys or better service. They were amazing! So careful, and such attention to detail. Put everything exactly where I wanted it and even attempted to take furniture up an incredibly narrow staircase for me even though they were pretty sure it wouldn’t fit. (They were right!). I will definitely be using them again!

Perfect moving experience thanks to Liberty Moving Group! They had a wonderful attitude, and completed the move without any issues. This by far has been the best moving company I have ever worked with!

Ronnie and Chris were great. They helped me with everything and they were quick and efficient. Ronnie is a great leader and made sure everything went smooth and I could tell he wanted to make sure the move went well. Chris worked very hard and learned well from Ronnie and made sure everything was where it should be. They both worked hard and got my things to my apartment faster than I could have ever done it. They deserve a pat on the back and I wish I could have paid them more for what they did.

I packed up my entire apartment at to move into my new home. When they got to my apartment it was 1:35 p.m. then at about 3 when they were not even halfway done they informed me that they close at 4 p.m. and had to be back at the office. My thought is is when you are moving someone there cannot be a set time so basically I paid $462.50 for 2/3 of an apartment to be moved now I have to hire another moving company to finish their job. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau as well as the attorney general. I'm on a set income with two grandkids I support and for someone to take your money like that and blatantly Miss inform you about everything is a terrible business tactic I bought anyone and everyone out there to never ever use this service. I called three or four times hoping to get a return phone call and maybe come to some kind of terms as to maybe finish moving me but to no avail I never got a phone call back but of course if I were a business owner I would not call back either I would be too ashamed never never used this company
